摘要
为适应切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱煤矿开采工艺的实施,设计了KLJ7智能链臂切顶机,详细介绍了其功能特点和组成结构,可替代传统打孔爆破法,对切顶参数的控制更加精准,断面成形好,适用垂直截割煤岩单向抗压强度不大于70MPa的岩石矿层。
In order to adapt to the implementation of automatic roof-cutting and pressure-relief roadway-forming and pillarless coal mine mining technology,KLJ7 intelligent chain-arm roof-cutting machine was designed.Its functional characteristics and structure were introduced in detail.It can replace the traditional drilling and blasting method.It can control the parameters of roof-cutting more accurately,shape the section well,and is suitable for rock and mineral layers with vertical cutting hardness less than 70 MPa.
