煤矿主提升井井底堆煤监测系统的应用设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决煤矿摩擦式主提升井井底堆煤过高造成的尾绳托举、磨损尾绳不易察觉等问题,研究一种矿井主提升井井底防堆煤监测系统以保护提升系统安全运行。该双层保护系统主要由超声波物位计、电极式煤位探头、机械式煤位开关等设备组成。由于各矿煤质与矿井结构不同,基于石拉乌素煤矿矿井结构对该系统进行介绍,并对应用效果进行分析。现场测试结果表明,该系统具有较好的可靠性和实用性。 In order to solve the problems of tail rope hoisting and wear of tail rope caused by too high coal pile in friction main hoisting shaft of coal mine,a monitoring system of coal pile prevention at the bottom of main hoisting shaft was studied to protect the safe operation of the hoisting system.The double-layer protection system is mainly composed of ultrasonic thing location,electrode type coal level probe,mechanical coal level switch and other equipment.Because the coal quality and mine structure of each mine are different,introduced the system based on the mine structure of Shilawusu coal mine,and analyzed the application effect.Field test results show that the system is reliable and practical.
