气虚证肺系病类证类治

Leizheng Leizhi of Pulmonary Diseases with Qi Deficiency Syndrome

基于病证结合模式的以证统病形式,根据异病同证同治的原则,提出气虚证肺系病的类证类治。气虚证包括肺气虚证、心肺气虚证、肺脾气虚证、肺肾气虚证等,以肺气虚证为核心。依据气虚证的共性而采用益气补肺的共同治法,并因气虚证的病因、病位、病势、主症、程度、病性等不同而佐以不同治法方药。

Based on Yizheng Tongbing pattern of combination of disease and syndrome, and according to the principle of Yibing Tongzheng Tongzhi ,the Leizheng Leizhi of pulmonary disease with qi deficiency syndrome is put forward. Qi deficiency syndrome includes lung qi deficiency syndrome, heart and lung qi deficiency syndrome, lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome, lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,etc. with lung qi deficiency syndrome as the core. According to the commonality of qi deficiency syndrome, the common treatment method of benefiting qi and tonifying lung is adopted, and because of the different etiology, location ,condition, main symptoms, degree and nature of the disease of qi deficiency syndrome, different prescriptions are used.
