一种汽车座椅ISOFIX固定点强度分析

摘要 以某汽车座椅为研究对象,利用Hypermesh建立含静态加载装置的座椅系统有限元模型,根据法规规定的试验方法对其进行了仿真,对比分析了4种工况下座椅的评价指标.结果表明:该座椅评价指标满足法规要求,具有较好的被动安全性;含静态加载装置的座椅ISOFIX固定点强度计算机仿真,能预测座椅强度薄弱区域,对工程设计具有指导作用. Taking a automobile seat as the research object,a finite element model of the seat system with static force application device(SFAD) was established by using Hypermesh.The seat system was simulated according to the test method stipulated by laws and regulations,and the evaluation index of the seat under the four conditions was comparatively analyzed.The results show that the evaluation index of the seat meets the requirements of the regulations and has good passive safety.The computer simulation of the ISOFIX fixed point strength of the seat with the SFAD can predict the weak area of the seat strength,which can guide the engineering design.
