4种萝卜籽脂肪酸成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

摘要 对红萝卜籽、青萝卜籽、白萝卜籽、水萝卜籽4种萝卜籽的脂肪酸成分进行分析.采用索氏提取法对4种萝卜籽中脂肪油进行提取,并进行甲酯化处理,利用气相色谱-质谱联用法对其脂肪酸组成及相对百分含量进行分析.实验结果表明,4种萝卜籽脂肪酸中含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,主要包括:亚油酸(11.69%~12.09%)、亚麻酸(23.59%~28.88%)和芥酸(30.29%~33.82%),4种萝卜籽不饱和脂肪酸含量均达81%以上,与其他常用油脂相比,4种萝卜籽油具有明显的不饱和性. The fatty acid composition of 4 kinds of radish seeds including carrot seed;green radish seed;white rad-ish seed and water radish seed was analyzed.Soxhlet extraction method was used to extract fat oil from 4 kinds of radish seeds;and methyl esterification was carried out.The experimental results show that the four kinds of radish seed contains rich unsaturated fatty acid;fatty acid mainly include linoleic acid (11.69%-12.09%),linolenic acid (23.59%-28.88%) and erucic acid (30.29%-33.82%),4 kinds of unsaturated fatty acid content of radish seeds were above 81%,compared with other commonly used oil,4 kinds of radish seed oil has obvious unsatu-rated property.
