摘要
针对地铁车站混凝土结构变形缝防水要求,打破传统设计思路,在取消中埋式止水带的情况下,采用多层防水策略,选用以钠基膨润土防水材料为主,辅以聚合物水泥复合防水涂料,从技术、设计、材料、施工工艺上协同创新,充分考虑结构的变形、位移、抗震、耐久性等因素,为地铁工程变形缝防渗漏提供了一种实用的解决方案。
Aiming at the waterproofing requirement of deformation joint of concrete structure in metro station, a practical solution for leakage prevention of deformation joints in metro engineering is provide, which is adopting multi -layer waterproofing strategy with the removal of middle-buried waterproofing belt, selecting sodium-based bentonite waterproofing material as the main material and polymer cement composite waterproofing coating as the supplement. This solution breaks the traditional design idea, innovates synergistically from the aspects of technology, design, material and construction technology, and fully considers the structural deformation, displacement, seismic resistance, durability and other factors.
