摘要
专业学位博士生教育是适应知识经济条件下社会职业需求延展的有效途径。高校作为连接社会与学生的桥梁,其人才培养模式攸关经济发展与高级应用型人才产出。双元性创新聚焦专业学位博士生培养模式的系列断点:培养目标、招生录取、课程体系、教学模式、职业衔接和质量保障,为实现专业学位博士生教育目标,促使知识、技能、职业、市场的四维融合,提出适应我国当前社会现实需求的两种培养模式创新形式:渐进性创新与突破性创新,为创新我国专业学位博士生教育的发展路径提供借鉴。
The education of professional doctorate is an effective way to meet the needs of social occupation under the condition of a knowledge economy.Colleges and universities serve as a bridge between society and students,and the cultivation mode of students is vital to economic development and the output of advanced applied talents.The ambidexterity innovation focuses on the breakpoints of the cultivation mode of professional doctorate: training target,enrollment,curriculum system,teaching mode,career convergence,and quality assurance.Its goal is to achieve professional doctoral education goals and promote the integration of knowledge,skills,occupation,and market.This paper puts forward two innovative modes of cultivation: gradual innovation and breakthrough innovation,which can be used for reference in reforming the development path of the professional doctorate in our country.
