乡村振兴背景下农业类高校人文地理与城乡规划专业定位与课程改革

On the Strategy and Curriculum Reform of Human Geography and Urban-rural Planning in Agricultural Universities under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略是新时代我国"三农"工作的全新战略部署,农业类高校人文地理与城乡规划专业是培养乡村规划与管理人才的重要专业。文章通过梳理农业类高校该专业发展现状、问题,在探讨乡村振兴战略对该专业人才培养的新要求的基础上,对新时代农业类高校人文地理与城乡规划专业发展定位和课程改革进行了思考。文章认为,乡村振兴战略对农业类高校该专业提出了懂农业经济、掌握生态环境管理技能、了解乡村传统文化、熟悉农村制度等新要求,该专业应以培养乡村规划管理人才为专业核心定位,注重地理学与管理学的双重专业属性,加大乡村文化地理教学内容,提高经济管理类课程比重,进一步提高农业类高校在乡村规划领域的话语权。最后,以南京农业大学公共管理学院为例,对该专业课程体系改革进行了探讨,初步构建了以地理学、管理学、规划学为主干课程的课程体系。

The rural revitalization strategy is a new strategic deployment of China's "three rural" endeavor in the new era.The major of human geography and urban-rural planning in agricultural universities is important program designed for cultivating rural planning and management talents.Based on the development status and problems of this major's development in agricultural universities,this paper discusses the development strategy and curriculum reform of human geography and urban-rural planning in agricultural universities in the new era on the basis of exploring the new requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.The conclusion is that the major should be emphasized on the cultivation of rural planning management talents since the rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements for understanding the agricultural economy,as well as mastering the ecological culture management skills,understanding the traditional culture of the countryside,and familiarizing with the rural system.Finally,taking the College of Public Administration of Nanjing Agricultural University as an example,this paper discusses the reform of the curriculum system of the major,and initially constructs a curriculum system based on multidisciplinary principle,including geography,management and planning sciences.
