摘要
针对地铁的控制要求,提出了实现多电机控制的硬件架构、软件控制算法和调制算法,在此基础上对永磁同步电机牵引控制系统进行了半实物仿真验证和地面高压系统联调试验。针对开关频率较低的问题,提出了含有特定次谐波消除法的永磁同步电机分段调制算法,实现了大功率永磁同步电机在异步正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)策略、特定谐波消除脉宽调制(SHEPWM)策略和方波调制策略之间的平滑过渡。
According to the subway control requirements,the hardware architecture,software control algorithm and modulation of multi-motor control are presented.On this basis,permanent magentic synchronous motor traction control system of semi-physical simulation experiment and high voltage alignment test are completed.In order to solve the problem of low switching frequency,a subsection modulation algorithm of permant magentic synchronous motor including selective harmonic elimination method is proposed which realizes the smooth transition between asynchronous sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)strategy,selective harmonic elimination pulse width modulation(SHEPWM)strategy and square wave modulation strategy.
