摘要
针对飞机在空中运行时,需要多个舵机相互配合来完成各种飞行姿态的转换任务,提出并设计了一套可靠性高且反应迅速的多舵机控制系统的解决方案。该方案采用了高性能的DSP+FPGA作为核心控制架构,设计过流保护、信号隔离和电源滤波等机制增强了系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力。采用TTP协议,不仅加强了多舵机交流伺服系统之间的通信速率,而且在其中一个舵机出现故障时,不影响整个系统的安全工作,提高了飞机通信系统中各节点的冗余性。对位置角度和控制性能进行相关实验测试,系统控制性能理想,满足预期要求。
When an aircraft is running in the air,multiple steering are required to cooperate each other to complete the conversion tasks of various flight postures.A set of multi-steering control system solution which is highly reliable and responsive is proposed and designd.The scheme adopts high-performance DSP+FPGA as the core control architecture,and designs some mechanisms such as over-current protection,signal isolation,power supply filtering and so on to enhance the reliability and anti-interference capacity of the system.Adopting the TTP protocol not only strengthens the communication speed among the multiple servo alternating current servo systems,but also does not affect the security of the entire system when one of the steering engine fails,which improves the redundancy of each node in the aircraft communication system.The relevant experimental tests are carried out on the position angle and control performance.The system control performance is ideal and meets the expected requirements.
