摘要
地震模拟振动台抗震试验是电气设备抗震设计及验证的重要手段之一。以1100kV全复合套管柱式断路器为研究对象,依据特高压电气设备抗震试验方法对是否带拉筋或减震器等4种状态开展了地震模拟振动台试验。通过输入白噪声及标准时程波地震试验,可得到断路器的自振频率及关键部位的加速度、应变响应。对比分析4种不同状态下断路器的地震响应特点,掌握了拉筋和减震器对断路器动力特性、抗震性能影响的机理。结果表明:地震作用下4种不同状态下的断路器的最大应变都发生在支架顶部和复合套管根部;断路器地震响应复杂且呈现非线性特性。地震作用下设置拉筋、安装减震器均能有效提升断路器的抗震能力。
Seismic test of seismic simulated shaking table is one of the important means for seismic design and verification of electrical equipment.1100 kV column circuit breaker with fully composite bushing is used as the research object.Based on the seismic test method of UHV electrical equipment,seismic simulated shaking table tests under four states of link and shock absorber are carried out.Through white noise sweep and artificial standard time history wave seismic test,the natural frequency of circuit breaker and acceleration and strain response of key parts can be obtained.By comparing and analyzing the seismic response characteristics of circuit breaker in four different states,the dynamic and seismic performance of circuit breaker with link and shock absorber is mastered.The maximum strain of circuit breaker in four different states occurs at the support of the bracket and the bottom of the composite bushing under the action of seismic wave,the seismic responses of circuit breaker are complex and the structure presents obvious nonlinear characteristics.Under the action of seismic wave,the antiseismic ability of circuit breaker can be effectively improved by setting link and installing shock absorber.
