我国香港地区辅警历经长期的发展,建立了科学有效的辅警管理制度,特别是在招录、训练和职业保障等方面,形成了完善的标准和体系。梳理总结香港辅警管理制度,借鉴香港地区辅警管理经验,对推进大陆辅警工作的规范化、职业化发展,更好地发挥辅警在维护社会治安秩序等工作中的作用具有积极意义。

Having undergone long-term development,Hong Kong police assistants have established a series of effective management systems,especially the systems of recruitment,training and professional security and have formulated perfect standards.This paper summarizes Hong Kong police assistant management system and refers to their experience,which may be highly conducive to the standardization of the police assistant systems and professional orientation in the mainland and helps police assistants play a more active role in the maintenance of public order.
