摘要
综述了杨梅抑制癌细胞生长、降血糖、抗炎和抗氧化等主要功能特性的研究现状,同时简要概述了杨梅在食品工业和医药领域的开发应用现状,以期为杨梅生物功能的开发、杨梅产品的进一步精深加工提供参考。
In this paper,the research progress in main functional characteristics of waxberry in inhibiting the growth of cancer cells,hypoglycemic,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant were introduced,and the processing use of waxberry in food industry and medicine field were briefly analyzed,which provided useful reference for the development of biological functions of waxberry and the deep processing of waxberry.
