摘要
在出版行业掀起知识服务热潮的背景下,梳理了知识服务的发展历程,总结了图书情报知识服务的特点,通过深入对比分析图书情报机构和出版机构的差异,得出图书情报知识服务模式并不适用于出版机构的结论,进而提出出版知识服务的重心应在内容生产与知识供给,弱化服务,应与互联网内容服务商进行差异化竞争的理念和策略。
Under the background of the upsurge of knowledge service in the publishing industry, the author combs the development process of knowledge service, summarizes the characteristics of library information knowledge service.Through in-depth comparison and analysis of the differences between the library and information organizations and the publishing organizations, it is concluded that the library information knowledge service model does not apply to publishing organizations.Furthermore, it is proposed that the focus of publishing knowledge services should be in the production of content, and should be differentiated from Internet content providers.
