Study on Molding Shrinkage Performance of Automobile Plastic Light Guide Bar with High Wall Thickness in Shift Panel

摘要 基于模流分析研究了高壁厚汽车塑料导光条的成型收缩性能,并通过正交试验考察了浇口厚度、熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间和保压压力5个因素对产品收缩性能的影响。结果表明:保压压力对产品收缩性能的影响最为显著,而浇口厚度和注射时间对产品收缩性能的影响相对较小。 Based on injection molding simulation, the molding shrinkage performance of automobile plastic transparent light guide bar with high wall thickness was studied. Through orthogonal experiment, the effects of five factors including gate thickness, melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time and holding pressure on the product shrinkage performance were investigated. The results show that the holding pressure has the most significant effect on the molding shrinkage performance of product, and the effects of gate thickness and injection time are smaller.
