摘要
以HD8.257.96拨动件为例,对拨动件动定模侧抽芯及热流道系统的设计要点进行了分析。针对具有凹槽、倒钩、曲面、孔等多种特征结构的复杂塑件,设计了在动、定模上的液压、斜滑块侧抽芯机构;并结合Moldflow分析软件对塑件进行工艺分析,确定采用热流道浇注系统;最后在UG中MoldW izard模块下完成了模具的分型、热流道浇注系统、冷却水管、抽芯机构等设计,在实现动定模多向抽芯的同时大大缩短了塑件成型周期。该模具结构紧凑、成型塑件质量好,可为相关工艺设计提供参考。
Taking HD8.257.96 toggle parts as an example, the design essentials of the core pulling and hot runner system in the moving half and fixed half of the mould were analyzed. Aiming at the complex plastic parts with grooves, inverted hooks, curved surfaces, holes and other characteristic structures, the hydraulic and oblique slider side core-pulling mechanism was designed on the moving half and fixed half;the hot runner pouring system was determined by combining Moldflow analysis software;finally, the mould classification, hot runner pouring system, cooling water pipe and core-pulling mechanism were completed under MoldWizard module in UG. The design of mechanism and other important parts has realized multi-direction core pulling of dynamic and fixed mould and greatly shorten the forming cycle of plastic parts. The mould has compact structure and good quality of plastic parts, which can provide reference for related process design.
