人源性白细胞介素-17对口腔感染患者hOMECs的生长情况BD-2蛋白的影响

摘要 过往有研究认为低白细胞介素(IL)-17会提高白假丝酵母菌的感染风险[1]。因此本次研究主要研究重组人白细胞介素17(recombinanthumaninterleukin-17,rhIL-17)对hOMECs细胞生长的影响以及对人β-防御素2(hBD)-2、S100A8、人体内源性抗菌多肽(LL-37)的影响,探究IL-17在抵抗白假丝酵母菌感染中的影响,为临床治疗白假丝酵母菌感染提供新方法。
