晚期乳腺癌手术治疗对患者T细胞亚群的影响 被引量:3

摘要 乳腺癌是除宫颈癌以外的又一危害女性生命健康的恶性肿瘤,本次研究以探究晚期乳腺癌手术治疗的效果及对患者T细胞亚群的影响为目的,选取了100例晚期乳腺癌患者,分别进行单纯化疗和化疗及手术治疗,将结果进行对比分析,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料纳入2015年8月至2018年3月在我院进行治疗的女性晚期乳腺癌患者100例,按照随机数字表法随机分为2组,其中对照组50例,年龄32~69岁,平均(53±3)岁,病程10d至12年,平均(10±4)个月。
