兰州市地铁1号线建设对周边居民生活环境的综合影响分析

Analysis of Integrated Impacts of Metro Line 1 Construction on the Living Environment of Surrounding Residents in Lanzhou City

借助问卷调查方式,运用感知强度、非参数检验与Kendall相关系数系统分析并揭示了兰州市地铁1号线建设对沿线居民生活环境的综合影响。结果表明:兰州市居民对地铁建设影响出行和房价变动的感知强度最高;居民性别、职业和居住时间属性对环境感知无显著影响,相反,居民经常活动区域、居住地离最近地铁站距离、年龄、文化程度对生活环境感知有较强影响;居民对地铁建设影响的感知受自然环境、社会经济环境和居民自身主观心理作用综合影响。城市形态、区域经济差异和居民环保意识会对居民生活环境感知产生影响。地铁建设过程中产生的影响可通过合理手段进行防控。

Using the questionnaire survey method, the perceptual intensity, non-parametric test and Kendall correlation coefficient system were used to analyze and reveal the comprehensive impact of Lanzhou Metro Line 1 construction on the living environment of residents along the line. The results show that the residents of Lanzhou city have the highest perceived intensity of influence on the travel and house price changes of the subway construction;the gender, occupation and residence time attributes of the residents have no significant impact on the environmental perception. On the contrary, the resident's frequent activity area, the distance from the nearest subway station and the age of the residents have a strong influence on the perception of the living environment;the perception of residents' influence on the construction of the subway is influenced by the natural environment, the socio-economic environment and the subjective psychological effects of the residents themselves. Urban form, regional economic differences and residents' awareness of environmental protection will have an impact on residents' perception of living environment. The impact of the subway construction process can be controlled and controlled by reasonable means.
