创新导向的开发区再开发模式研究——以苏州工业园为例

Research on Redevelopment Mode of Innovation-oriented Development Zone:the Case of Suzhou Industrial Park

在现阶段人才驱动的模式转换、产业升级的动力转轨、空间更新的需求转型趋势下,国内诸多开发区面临创新导向的产业升级及空间再开发问题。本文在梳理创新驱动再开发的内涵和特征基础上,从再开发土地识别、功能分解再构、空间差异化再组织三个方面提出了创新导向的再开发规划路径,最后以苏州工业园区为例进行了实证分析,对国内同类型开发区再开发具有较强的参老性。

The development trend of the park in the current stage has caused many domestic development zones to face the problem of innovation-oriented redevelopment, including talent-driven mode transformation, the dynamic transformation of industrial upgrading, and the need for space transformation. On the basis of combing the connotation characteristics of innovation-driven redevelopment, this paper proposes an innovation-oriented redevelopment path from three aspects: updating land identification, functional decomposition and reconstruction, and spatial differentiation. Finally, Suzhou Industrial Park is selected as a case to applicate the land recognition and innovative layout mode which has a strong reference to the innovation oriented redevelopment layout optimization in the domestic development zone.
