摘要 针对ProCAST软件建模能力不强,与常用三维造型软件无专用接口的问题,提出建立整合曲面模型的方法。通过交互使用ProE和UG建立了整合曲面模型,研究了其与ProCAST的数据转换方式。结果表明,该方法综合了ProE和UG的建模优点,显著提高网格划分效率和质量,尤其适用于复杂铸件。 A method of integrated surface model was established to solve the problem that ProCAST software modeling ability was poor and there was no special interface with common 3 D modeling software. The integrated surface model was established and the data conversion method with ProCAST was studied by using ProE and UG interactively. The results show that this method combines the advantages of ProE and UG, significantly improve meshing efficiency and quality of mesh generation, and it is especially suitable for complex castings.
