基于QAR数据的飞行员安全能力评估模型的构建

Establishment of aQAR Data-Based Model for Assessing Safety Capabilities in Airline Pilots

目的构建基于QAR (quick access recorder)数据的飞行员安全能力评估模型。方法借鉴风险指数评价方法,以QAR数据中超限事件的判定参数和发生频率代表风险后果的严重程度和风险发生的概率,将两者的乘积作为飞行员安全能力的衡量指标。为了比较不同类型的超限事件,在处理判定参数和发生频率时,对数据实施了标准化处理和线性变换。结果以某航空公司36名机长3年的QAR原始数据为基础进行了模型实际应用,得到每名飞行员的安全能力分数,评估了每名飞行员的安全能力等级。结论基于QAR数据的安全能力评估模型可以有效地对飞行员的安全能力进行定量评估。

Objective To develop a QAR data-based model for assessing airline pilots’ safety capabilities.Methods According to risk assessment theory,the determination parameters and the frequencies of occurrence of the exceedance events could illustrate the severity and frequency of risks,and their product could represent a pilot’s safety capability.In order to compare different types of exceedance events,the determination parameters and the frequencies of occurrence were standardized and linearly transformed.Results The model was applied in QAR data of 36 airline pilots.A safety capability score was calculated for each pilot to evaluate their safety capability.Conclusion The results showed that the QAR data-based model could be effectively applied to quantitative assessment of airline pilots’ safety capabilities.
