摘要
羊草气田投产气井压力较高,为降低气井井口压力,减少对地面管线冲蚀,同时降低管线承压指标,节约地面管线投资成本。针对羊草气田气井单井工况,进行了井下节流技术适应性分析,优化设计节流工艺参数,对节流后水合物生成条件进行预测,同时考虑节流后井筒携液能力和积液风险,结合工艺成本分析,综合评价井下节流技术在该气田应用的可行性。
the pressure of gas Wells in the Yangcao gas field is relatively high. In order to reduce the pressure of the wellhead of the gas Wells,reduce the erosion of the surface pipelines,and reduce the pressure index of the pipelines, so as to save the investment cost of the surface pipelines. Yangcao gas oiled for single well condition of gas Wells, downhole throttling technology adaptability analysis, optimization design of throttling process parameters, to predict the hydrate formation conditions, after the throttle shaft after considering the throttling liquid carrying capacity and the fluid risk, process cost analysis, comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of downhole throttling technology application in the field.
