杆式泵举升工艺节能研究与应用

摘要 为实现杆式泵不动管柱作业的优势,归纳总结了杆式泵的使用情况,发现了影响杆式泵优势发挥的主要问题。通过对杆式泵结构、材质、举升配套工艺的研究,结果表明,杆式泵应以顶底固定为主,在井斜角大于25°时应采取斜井杆式泵,深层、中深层油层使用时应配套管柱试压工具、生产测试或生产防污染一体化管柱。通过研究,解决了杆式泵不动管柱作业的瓶颈问题,单井节约费用1500元,减少作业周期168h。 In order to realize the advantages of rod pump operation without moving pipe string, the article summarizes the application of rod pump and finds out the main problems affecting the advantages of rod pump. Through the research on the structure, material and lifting matching technology of the rod pump, the results show that the rod pump should be mainly fixed at the top and bottom, the inclined shaft rod pump should be adopted when the angle of inclination is more than 25 degrees, and the pipe string pressure test tool, production test or production antipollution integrated pipe string should be matched when the deep and middle- deep oil layers are used. Through research, the well deviation adaptability of rod pump is expanded to 65, which solves the bottleneck problem of rod pump's fixed string operation,saves 4 000 yuan per well and reduces 168 hours of operation cycle.
