Highway infrastructure is directly related to urban construction and the residents’ life.Traffic risk control is responsible for the society.The risk sharing of traffic volume is influenced by government and non-government investors,and various uncontrollable factors.The increase of traffic risk poses a threat to highway infrastructure planning and traffic development.This paper focuses on the traffic risk sharing of highway infrastructure PPP projects,and discusses them in detail from the following aspects.The purpose is to scientifically share the traffic volume risks and eliminate the hidden dangers in highway infrastructure.
