摘要
滨水区是孕育城市与承载文化的重要载体。随着城市的外延式生长,老城滨水区功能业态弱化,空间环境衰微。本文在滨水区规划实践中,以"城市双修"为理念、"价值开发"为导向,探索"功能策划、空间规划与行动计划"三位一体的规划路径。规划前期基于禀赋价值和市场需求分析,策划出实现区域价值提升的产业功能体系;然后针对滨水生态格局保护及功能空间营造,制定精致化的空间管控体系,推动老城滨水区的空间修复和功能迭代。最后,制定面向市场的务实行动方案,以指导滨水区渐进式更新,探索构建系统化方案,引导老城滨水区,推动滨水区内生式创新发展。
The waterfront area is an important carrier for nurturing cities and bearing culture.With the extension of the city,the functional environment of the old city waterfront is weakened and the space environment is declining.In the planning practice of the waterfront area,the "urban restoration and urban renovation" is the concept,the "value development" is the orientation,and the planning path of the "functional planning,spatial planning and action plan" is explored.In the early stage,based on the analysis of endowment value and market demand,an industrial function system for realizing regional value improvement was planned.Then,in order to protect the waterfront ecological pattern and create functional space,a refined space management system will be developed to promote space restoration and functional iteration in the waterfront of the old city.Finally,develop a market-oriented pragmatic action plan to guide the progressive renewal of the waterfront.Exploring and constructing a systematic plan to guide the activation of the waterfront area of the old city and promote the innovative development of the waterfront area.
