Discussion on Coastal City Planning——A Case of the Regulatory Detailed Planning and Urban Design of the Eastern District in Yantai Development Zone

烟台开发区地处山东半岛黄海之滨,是首批14个国家级开发区之一,多年保持综合实力前6位,是区域对外开放和经济发展的龙头。随着开发区社会经济的快速发展,以及城市规模的迅速扩张,产业功能逐步向西部迁移,东区逐步转变为以生活居住、文化娱乐、旅游休闲、商业金融为主,各种服务功能亟待完善,亟须从根本上实现东区城市功能的完善与提升。文章将从控制性详细规划和城市设计两个层次,针对现状问题提出相应的规划策略。

Yantai Development Zone is located in the Yellow Sea on the Shandong Peninsula.It is one of the first 14 national development zones.It has maintained the top 6 in the comprehensive strength for many years and is the leader of regional opening up and economic development.With the rapid development of the social economic development of the development zone and rapid expansion of the city scale,the industrial function gradually migrates to the west,and the eastern district gradually transforms into a place of life and living,culture and entertainment,tourism and leisure,and commercial finance.Various service functions need to be improved.Fundamentally,the functions of the eastern district need to be improved.The article will propose corresponding planning strategies for the status quo problems from two levels,namely regulatory detailed planning and urban design.
