城市存量更新视角下旧城区改造策略——以天津西沽南地区为例

Old Urban Area Transformation Strategy from the Perspective of Urban Stock Update——A Case of the South Part of Xigu Area in Tianjin

如今我国城市规划已从增量转入存量阶段,而旧城区的棚户区是城市更新中的重要议题。本文通过分析西沽南地区的现状,发现其在空间结构、建筑环境及设施等方面存在的问题,提出了相应的规划意图与解决策略,在实现西沽南旧区有机更新的同时为存量更新视角下旧城区街巷的改造措施提供新的思路方法。

Nowadays,China’s urban planning has shifted from incremental stage to stock stage,and the shanty towns in the old city are important issues in urban renewal.This paper analyzes the current situation of the south part of Xigu area and finds its problems in the spatial structure,building environment and facilities,and proposes corresponding planning intentions and solutions to realize the organic renewal of the old district in the south part of Xigu.Provides a new way of thinking for the renovation measures of the streets in the old city from the perspective of stock update.
