木塑制造工艺背景下一种仿垛木房墙体结构层设计研究

摘要 垛木房是木材资源丰富地区的一种民居建造形式。我国木材资源宝贵,垛木房大量使用原木材料导致森林资源浪费和垛木房成本升高。近年来,我国康养及旅游产业逐渐成熟,垛木房需求量增多,利用橡胶籽壳作为原材料生产高分子生物复合材料(木塑),开发仿垛木房装配式建筑产品,可以实现废弃物资源化利用并达到节约森林资源的目标。本文以木塑为替代材料,探讨木塑制造工艺背景下一种仿垛木房民居建筑墙体构造研究,以求节约原木木材资源并适应市场需求。 Log structure is a kind of residential construction form the area with abundant wood resources.Timber resources in China are valuable.The heavy use of log materials leads to the waste of forest resources and the increase of cost.In recent years,the healthy and tourism industry in China has become mature,and the demand for log structure houses has increased.Using rubber seed shell as raw material to produce polymer biological composite material(WPC) to develop prefabricated building products of log structure house can realize resource utilization of wastes and achieve the goal of saving forest resources.Taking wood plastic as alternative material,this paper discusses the log-wall structural layer under the background of Wood Plastic Composite manufacturing technology,in order to save log wood resources and adapt to market demand.
