浅谈南通华润中心SOHO塔楼结构设计

Exploration on the Structure Design of SOHO Tower in Nantong Huarun Center

南通华润中心包括购物中心、商业步行街、办公楼塔楼,以及SOHO超高层塔楼,组成地上四大功能区。地下为整体地下室,将各单体连为一体。文章介绍了南通华润中心结构的设计内容,包括超高层塔楼地上结构设计、弹性时程分析、转换桁架和基础设计,以期为今后类似超高层的设计提供参考。

Nantong Huarun Center consists of a shopping center,a commercial pedestrian street,office building and SOHO super highrise tower,including four functions above the ground.The underground is the overall basement,connecting all the individual units.This paper introduces the structure design of SOHO tower in Nantong Huarun Center,including the structure design of super high-rise tower,elastic time history analysis,transfer truss and foundation design.This paper provides a reference for the design of similar super high-rise buildings in the future.
