摘要
传统酒店转型与新零售时代的线上线下融合理念共同衍生出"酒店+电商"的盈利模式。我国传统的"标准化、快餐式"酒店空间模式已无法满足差旅人群的新需求和"酒店+电商"模式所需的"产品线下体验型"IP酒店的场景体验。本文提出了四种与"产品线下体验型"酒店相适应的酒店可行性策略及其相对应的空间模式,为互联网时代下的酒店建筑提供了参考依据,以期推动传统酒店的转型与发展。
The traditional transformation and the concept of online and offline integration in the new retail era have jointly derived the profit model of "hotel + e-commerce".China’s traditional "standardized and fast-food" hotel space model can no longer meet the new needs of the travelers and the "product offline + experience" IP hotel scene experience is required by the "hotel + e-commerce" model.This paper proposes four hotel feasibility strategies and corresponding spatial models that are compatible with the "product offline experience" hotel,which provides a reference for hotel buildings in the Internet era,with a view to promoting the transformation and development of traditional hotels.
