大中型商业综合体设计要点初探——以武行绿地光谷中心城JKL地块为例

摘要 在过去的近10年中,我国商业综合体得到了迅速发展,建筑师完成了大量的商业综合体设计。商业综合体作为一项复杂的综合性项目,有其特有的规律和手法。商业综合体对地区具有重要的意义,是地区经济发展的引擎,是城市化水平的标志。随着中心城、CBD类型项目的大量兴起,如何在市场中生存和发展,是开发商、建筑师需要深刻思考的问题。因此,应重视对商业综合体的品质设计,并针对各种问题采取相应的设计策略,本文就针对这一问题展开了分析论述。 In the past ten years,China’s commercial complex has developed rapidly,and architects have completed a large number of commercial complex designs.As a complex and comprehensive project,the commercial complex has its own unique rules and techniques.The commercial complex is of great significance to the region,the engine of regional economic development,and the hallmark of urbanization.There are a lot of projects in the central city and CBD types.How to survive and develop in the market is a problem that developers and architects need to think deeply.Therefore,it is of great significance to attach importance to the quality design of commercial complexes and to adopt corresponding design strategies to solve various problems.The following is an analysis of this issue.
