市政桥梁冲钻孔灌注桩施工流程及关键技术探析

Analysis on Construction Process and Key Technologies of Municipal Bridge Drilling and Bored Piles

作为桥梁工程建设中的重要组成部分,冲钻孔灌注桩施工技术的应用显得极为重要,与具体桥梁桩施工质量和技术水平息息相关。文章根据以往工作经验,对市政桥梁冲钻孔灌注桩施工准备工作进行总结,并从加固钻机底座与埋设钢护筒、测量定位与冲击钻机安装就位、冲击成孔、成孔检查、清孔操作、钢筋笼制作吊装和就位、灌注水下混凝土七方面论述了市政桥梁冲钻孔灌注桩施工流程及关键技术。

As an important part of the construction of bridge engineering,the application of construction technology of boring and bored piles is extremely important,which is closely related to the construction quality and level of concrete bridge piles.Based on previous work experience,this paper summarizes the construction preparation work of the municipal bridge punching and pouring piles,and installs the holes from the reinforcement drilling machine base and the buried steel casing,the measurement positioning and the impact drilling machine,the impact hole formation,the hole inspection,and the clear hole.Operation,steel cage hoisting and positioning,pouring underwater concrete seven aspects,the construction process and key technology of municipal bridge punching and pouring piles are discussed.
