摘要
本文主要介绍玻利维亚圣何塞水电站项目反井钻机在竖井施工中的应用,圣何塞水电站项目共有7条竖井,项目部引进一台AT-1500反井钻机用于竖井的施工。通过现状调查、要因分析、制定措施、现场实施及控制,成功地摸索出一套反井钻机施工工艺和先导孔偏斜率控制的措施和方法,反井钻机先导孔的偏斜率均小于1%。
This article mainly introduces the application of the raise boring machine in shaft construction of the San Jose hydropower project in Bolivia.In the application,there are 7 shafts in the San Jose Hydropower Project.The department of project introduced an AT-1500 raise boring machine for the construction of the shaft.Through the investigation of the actuality,the analysis of major factors,the development of measures and on-site implementation and control,the company successfully explored a set of construction technology of the raise boring machine and control measures and methods of the slope of pilot hole slope.The slope of pilot hole for the raise boring machine is less than 1%.
