摘要
企业职工参与终身学习对于企业快速发展,以及学习型社会建设来说有着重要的意义。但目前,企业职工终身学习无论是在载体还是模式方面都还存在不少问题,亟需改进与创新。本研究结合学分银行的功能拓展,探索企业职工终身学习载体与模式的创新路径,提出建立并优化企业职工个人电子学档,建设统一信息平台,搭建沟通合作桥梁,建立灵活学习机制,拓宽学习成果转换通道等措施,最终形成基于学分银行的企业职工终身学习良性循环运作系统。
The participation of enterprise staff in lifelong learning is of great significance to the rapid development of enterprises and the construction of a learning society. However, at present, there are still many problems in lifelong learning of enterprise staff in terms of both carrier and model, which need to be improved and innovated. This research combines the function expansion of credit bank, explores the innovative path of lifelong learning carrier and model for enterprise staff, puts forward the measures of establishing and optimizing staff’s personal electronic learning files, building a unified information platform, building communication and cooperation bridges, establishing a flexible learning mechanism, broadening the learning achievement transformation channel, and finally forms a virtuous cycle operation system for enterprise staff’s lifelong learning based on credit bank.
