可持续学习型城市的应然路径探索——基于国际12座城市的经验解析 被引量:2

Exploration on the Inevitable Path of Building a Sustainable Learning City——Based on the experience of 12 international cities

摘要 学习型城市的概念由来已久,在此基础上发展而来的可持续学习型城市在三届国际学习型城市大会的推动与各国城市的努力下也逐渐为人所认可与接受。新的时代背景下,其基本要义应是不仅坚定秉持全球发展与全民参与的终身学习理念,还要在此基础上获得城市经济、社会和环境的可持续发展并达成其建设过程本身的可持续性。当前,结合全球多座城市的推进历程与发展经验,可将其建设路径归纳为立足城市发展、着眼顶层设计,激发学习热情、推动全民参与,搭建合作网络、实现发展融合以及坚持质量评估、保证持续发展四个方面。 The concept of learning city has a long history, and the sustainable learning city, which is devoloped from this foundation, also has been recognized and accepted upon the promotion of the three international conferences of learning cities and the efforts of cities around the world. In the new era, its basic notions should not only be able to fulfill the concept of lifelong learning, including global development and universal participation, but also to achieve the city’s economic, social and environmental sustainable development, and to ensure the sustainability of its construction process. At present, combined with the promotion process and development experience of many cities in the world, the construction path of sustainable learning cities can be summarized into the following four aspects. First, determine the future direction according to the city’s development status. Second, stimulate public enthusiasm for learning and promote universal participation. Third, set up a cooperation network to achieve sustainable development in all aspects. Finally, adhere to the quality assessment to ensure the sustainable development of the construction process itself.
