摘要 恶性肿瘤是危害中国居民健康的疾病之一,其每年发病数和死亡数分别占全球的23.7%和30%。由于人口老龄化、工业化和生活方式的改变等原因,我国恶性肿瘤的发病数和死亡数仍持续增加,严重威胁着广大患者的健康和生命[1]。因此,深入研究肿瘤浸润、转移的分子机制,发现有效治疗靶点对于改善患者预后具有极其重要的意义。研究发现Shh(Sonic hedgehog,Shh)信号通路与多种肿瘤的形成有着密切的关系,Shh在基底细胞癌、卵巢癌.
