悬挂式单轨旅游观光线路主要技术标准研究 被引量:11

摘要 目前,国内尚无成熟的悬挂式单轨交通设计体系。为探索和完善悬挂式单轨旅游观光线路技术标准,以湖北恩施青云崖度假区旅游观光线设计为例,结合国内多条悬挂式单轨试验线的设计、制造、安装、运行经验及乘坐体验,对悬挂式单轨旅游观光线路主要技术标准进行分析研究。根据列车最高运行速度、未被平衡的离心加速度、车体最大允许倾角确定线路平面曲线最小半径;根据未被平衡横向加速度的时变率计算缓和曲线长度;根据最高运行速度计算竖曲线半径;为了降低轨道梁设计、制造和安装难度,认为平曲线、缓和曲线、平面夹直线及纵断面夹直线最小长度不宜小于一节轨道梁的长度;并给出了最大坡度、坡段最小长度等主要参数的选取原则。 At present,there is no mature design system of suspended monorail transit in China. To explore and improve the technical standards of suspended monorail tourism line,taking the tourism line design of Qingyunya Resort in Enshi,Hubei Province as an example,combining the design,manufacture,installation, operation experience and ride experience of multiple domestic suspended monorail test lines,this paper analyzes and studies the technical standards of suspended monorail tourism line. Determine the minimum radius of the line plane curve according to the maximum operating speed of the train,the unbalanced centrifugal acceleration,and the maximum allowable inclination of the vehicle. Calculate the length of the transition curve based on the time-varying rate of the unbalanced transverse acceleration. Calculate the radius of the vertical curve based on the maximum operating speed. In order to reduce the difficulty in the design, manufacture and installation of the track beam,it is considered that the minimum length of the plane curve, the transition curve,the straight lines between two curves in plane and profile should not be less than the length of one section of track beam. The selection principles of the main parameters such as the maximum gradient and the minimum length of the gradient are given.
