摘要
目的:通过对桩体桩道进行不同方式的处理,研究桩体桩道联合处理对其粘结强度的影响,为临床应用提供参考。方法:选用24颗离体单根管双尖牙,经根管治疗和桩道预备后随机分成6组:A组桩体桩道均无特殊处理;B组桩体用紫外线处理,桩道无特殊处理;C组桩体用低温等离子体处理,桩道无特殊处理;D组桩体无特殊处理,桩道用17%EDTA+2%洗必泰凝胶处理;E组桩体用紫外线处理,桩道用17%EDTA+2%洗必泰凝胶处理;F组桩体用低温等离子体处理,桩道用17%EDTA+2%洗必泰凝胶处理。通过微推出测验,记录将纤维桩推出桩道时的最大力值。结果:各组粘接强度均值都大于A组,E组均值大于B组和D组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);F组均值大于C组和D组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫外线联合与低温等离子体分别联合17%EDTA凝胶+2%洗必泰凝胶处理桩体桩道两种方式均能显著提高纤维桩的粘接强度,并且其作用强度大于桩体桩道单独处理。
Objective:The effects of combined treatment on the bond strength are studied by different treatment methods are adopted for post and post path, which can provide experimental reference for clinical practice. Methods:24 isolated single tube premolars were selected,6 groups were randomly divided into after root canal treatment and pile canal preparation:There is no special treatment for post and post path in group A;The post of group B is treated with ultraviolet ray, and there is no special treatment on the post path;The post of group C is treated with low temperature plasma, and there is no special treatment on the post path;There was no special treatment for post in group D, and 17%EDTA+2% chlorhexidine gel was used to treat post path;The post of group E was treated with ultraviolet ray, and the post road was treated with 17%EDTA+2% chlorhexidine gel;The post of group F was treated with low temperature plasma, and the post path was treated with 17%EDTA+2% chlorhexidine gel.Through the microejection test,recording the maximum strength of pushing the fiber post out of the post path. Results:the mean adhesive strength of each group was greater than that of group A. The mean value of group E is greater than that of group B and group D,which has statistical significance(P<0.05). The mean value of group F is greater than that of group C and group D, which has statistical significance(P<0.05). conclusion:the bond strength of fiber post can be significantly increased by uv or low temperature plasma combined with17% EDTA+2% chlorhexidine gel in post path and the bond strength is greater than that of the individual treatment group.
