老年胃食管反流病患者食管动力及反流特点分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:选择行24小时pH阻抗检查后诊断为胃食管反流病患者,探讨老年胃食管反流病患者的食管动力障碍特点,为制定个体治疗方案提供理论依据。方法:对选取的对象进行高分辨率食管动力及pH阻抗检查,Demeester评分>14.72的pH阳性患者被纳入研究范围,收集相关数据,使用SPSS17统计软件,P<0.05表明差异具有显著性。结果:就LES静息压力而言,老年组显著低于年轻组,且差别有统计学意义。但是,在长反流次数、最长反流时间、总计pH<4百分比、立位pH<4百分比及其他反流指标上,老年组则明显高于中青年组,且差别具有统计学意义。结论:老年患者与中青年患者相比,食管下括约肌静息压力明显下降,而总反流次数、长反流次数、最长反流时间、总计pH<4百分比、立位pH<4百分比等反流指标显著增加。
