分层级护理模式对心脏外科患者生活质量和积极性的影响

Effect of hierarchical nursing model on quality of life and motivation of cardiac surgery patients

目的探讨分层级护理模式对心脏外科患者生活质量和积极性的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年6月该院收治的行常规护理的心脏外科患者86例作为对照组,另选取该院2016年7月~2017年12月收治的行分层级护理的心脏外科患者86例作为观察组。比较两组患者护理前后生活质量及积极性的变化情况。结果观察组护理1个月后的生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、精力、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护理1个月后的积极性显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层级护理模式可显著提高心脏外科患者的生活质量和积极性,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of hierarchical nursing model on quality of life and enthusiasm in cardiac surgery patients. Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing routine cardiac surgery admitted from January 2015 to June 2016 in this hospital were selected as the control group, and 86 cases of cardiac surgery patients receiving stratified care from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group.The changes of quality of life and enthusiasm before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The scores of physical function, physiological function, emotional function, energy, body pain, general health, mental health and social function in the observation group after 1 month of nursing were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The enthusiasm of observation group after nursing 1 month was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing model in cardiac surgery patients can effectively improve their quality of life and enthusiasm, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
