摘要
基于动力学软件SIMPACK建立了中国标准动车组(CEMU)动力学计算模型,仿真分析了二系横向减振器失效故障对车辆动力学性能的影响,对CEMU故障状态分析具有一定工程研究价值.仿真结果表明:当每辆车失效1个或者2个(即每个转向架失效1个)二系横向减振器时,对车辆蛇行稳定性、平稳性和舒适性、安全性的影响均不是很明显;当每辆车二系横向减振器全部失效时,车辆蛇行稳定性、平稳性和舒适性、安全性均有非常明显的下降.
It is analyzed that effect of troubles in secondary lateral damper on vehicle dynamic performance of China electric multiple units (CEMU) based on SIMPACK.It has some value on troubles analysis of CEMU.It could be concluded that it has less influence on vehicle dynamic performance as existing one or two bad secondary lateral dampers.On the other hand,it has a great significance on vehicle dynamic performance as all secondary lateral dampers don’t work.
