摘要
通过大断层破碎带是全断面掘进机(TBM)施工的难点.基于引汉济渭工程秦岭隧洞岭北TBM穿越断层破碎带的施工工艺和研究成果,提出了TBM穿越断层破碎带的施工工法.利用激发极化法与三维地震法进行超前地质预报,施工纵向小导洞和横向导洞、管棚,利用多点位移计、光纤光栅应变计监测围岩应力和变形,解决了刀盘卡转和防止隧道塌方.该施工工法可提高TBM适应不同地质条件的能力,优化TBM的施工组织设计,为川藏铁路长大隧道的施工提供借鉴.
The large fault fracture zone is a key point in the construction process of full face tunnel boring machine (TBM).In this paper,the construction method and research results of the TBM crossing the Sichuan-Tibet railway fault-fracture zone are proposed by referring to the construction technology and research results of the TBM crossing fault fracture zone of Qinling Tunnel.The induced polarization method and the 3D seismic method are effectively utilized for advanced geological prediction.Longitudinal small guide holes and lateral guide holes and pipe sheds are constructed.And the multi-point displacement meter and fiber grating gage meter are effectively utilized to monitor the surrounding rock stress and deformation.It solves the problem of cutter disc rotation and preventing tunnel collapse,which is beneficial to optimize the construction organization design of TBM and improve the ability of TBM to adapt to different geological conditions,and provide reference for the construction of the Sichuan-Tibet railway long tunnel.
