摘要
基于热管理系统冷却传热的理论分析,结合相应实验、资料数据和计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真技术,建立了以车速、发动机转速、散热器进水温度和环境温度作为输入,冷却风扇转速作为输出的控制函数.以某型客车为例,计算了不同工况下所需的转速值.利用C/C++语言编写了电子风扇的无级调速控制程序,可以精确地控制发动机出水温度,实现冷却风扇的智能化控制,提高发动机燃油经济性,实现节能减排的目标.
It is a research hotspot and development trend to replace the original crankshaft fan with electronic fan in vehicles.Based on the theoretical analysis of cooling and heat transfer in the thermal management system,combined with corresponding experiments,data and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation technology,the control function is established in which the vehicle speed,the engine speed,the radiator inlet temperature and the ambient temperature are taken as the inputs and the cooling fan speed as the output.Taking a bus as an example to calibrate the required fan speed under different operating conditions.Then the stepless speed control program of electronic fan is wrote in C/C++ language and it can precisely control the engine water temperature,intelligently control the cooling fan,improve fuel economy and achieve energy-saving emission reduction targets.
