摘要
中国共产党的教育制度思想是党的中国特色社会主义理论和教育思想的重要组成部分,主要指在各级各类教育制度中所体现出的党的教育制度的理念和逻辑。近百年来党的教育制度思想发展和实践的本质特征是始终坚持党的领导和社会主义方向,显著特色是高度重视优越性、规范性和内生性的统一,动力机制是一贯注重传承和创新、包容和开放的结合,重大战略是不断强调教育的现代化和优先发展、人民性和公平发展。这些制度思想不仅充分保证了党近百年的社会和教育理想的实现,而且也彰显了中国特色社会主义教育的制度自信。
The systematic thought of education of the Chinese Communist Party ( CCP), an essential component of educational thought and socialist theory with Chinese characteristics, mainly refers to the idea and logic of educational system at all levels. The systematic thought of educational has undergone a century of development and practice, with adherence to the leadership of the party and the socialist direction as its essential characteristic, the unification of the superiority, standardization and endogeneity as its distinctive feature, the combination of inheritance and innovation, inclusiveness and openness as its dynamic mechanism. Its major strategies consist of the constant emphasis on the modernization and priority development, affinity to the people and equitable development of education. These system thoughts sufficiently guarantee the realization of the social and educational ideals of the party over the past century and manifest the confidence of education system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
