师范生学习满意度及影响因素研究——基于S师范大学的经验数据

Normal University Students’ Studying Satisfaction and its Influencing Factors: A Study Based On the Empirical Data of S Normal University

摘要 学生学习满意度评估是了解教学质量、促进教学改革的重要依据。通过对S师范大学在校生学习满意度的定量分析发现,学生学习满意度处于中等水平,其中对硬件设施的满意度最低。硬件环境差、教师数量不足、课堂规模大、教材价格与质量偏离学生期望、学业考核科学性不足是影响样本校学习满意度的主要因素。当前及今后应该从上述几个方面着手解决问题,尤其是应优先加大对基础设施建设的投入力度,在对学生的各项教学和管理工作中提高服务意识和服务质量,注重征求和听取学生对学校发展的合理意见。 Students' studying satisfaction assessment is an importmant basis for comprehending teaching quality and promoting teaching reform. The quantitative analysis of the studying satisfaction in S normal university indicates that the students' studying satisfaction is at a medium level, among which the students' satisfaction with the hardware facilities is at the bottom. Main factors affecting the studying satisfaction of the sample university are: poor hardware environment, insufficient teachers, large class size, deviation of price and quality of textbooks from students' expectations, and lack of scientific academic assessment. Problems should be solved from the above aspects at present and in the future. Among them, priority should be given to increasing the investment in infrastructure construction. In the process of teaching and management, soliciting and listening to students' reasonable opinions on the development of the university should be much accounted of to improve the service awareness and quality.
