摘要
本文详细介绍了利用高氟氯氧化锌生产纳米氧化锌并富集回收铟铜镉的生产实践。锌冶炼系统产出的高氟氯氧化锌采用一段浸出的方法使锌尽可能的浸出,再用锌浮渣中和除去铁、砷、锑并富集铟至沉淀渣中。含铜镉的硫酸锌溶液采用锌粉置换除杂,合格的硫酸锌溶液用碳酸钠饱和溶液沉淀,再水洗、干燥、高效焙解产出纳米氧化锌。
In this paper,the practice of producing nanometer zinc oxide from high fluorine chloride zinc oxide,meanwhile enrichment and recovery of indium,copper and cadmium was introduced in detail.Zinc in high fluorine chloride zinc oxide,which was produced in the zinc smelting system,was leached as much as possible by one stage leaching,then iron,arsenic and antimony were neutralized and removed with zinc dross and indium was enriched in the precipitated slag.Zinc sulfate solution containing copper and cadmium was replaced by zinc powder to remove impurities.The qualified zinc sulfate solution was precipitated by sodium carbonate saturated solution,and then washed,dried and roasted to produce nanometer zinc oxide.
