摘要
金川集团有限公司镍闪速炉熔炼系统在冷修过程中,将闪速熔炼炉的四个精矿喷嘴改为了单喷嘴工艺,并在实际生产中采用了9-19N016型号风机替换了原配套1400SIBB24型号风机进行鼓风。冷修后的试生产期间,通过DCS软硬件及连锁部分组态,实现了加料设备启动顺序连锁等多项主要连锁控制,满足精矿处理能力低、中、高负荷(100t/h及以上)状态下的长期稳定生产。在富氧工艺风系统中,国产风机利用DCS控制系统中加料设备启动顺序连锁控制,调节入口气动蝶阀和放空阀的开度,完成防喘振控制调节。通过控制调节单喷嘴配套富氧工艺风流量、流速,提高了反应风中氧的利用率,使镍闪速熔炼炉的化料状况达到了最佳效果。
The four concentrate nozzles of nickel flash smelting system were changed into a single nozzle during the cold repair process in Jinchuan Group Co.Ltd.,and in the actual production,the 9- 19 No16 fan was used to replace the original matching 1400 SI BB24 fan for blasting.During the trial production after the cold repair,through the DCS hardware and software and the chain part configuration,a number of major chain controls such as the sequential chain of the feeding equipment were realized,and achieved long-term stable production under conditions of concentrate processing capacity of low,medium and high load (100 t/h and above).In the oxygen-rich process air system,the domestic fan started sequence interlock control by using feeding equipment in the DCS control system to adjust the opening of the inlet pneumatic butterfly valve and the vent valve,and completed anti-surge control adjustment.The utilization rate of oxygen in the wind was Improved by controlling the flow and the speed of the oxygen-rich process,and the molten material condition of the nickel flash smelting furnace had achieved the best results.
