摘要 本文采用熔融还原的方法制备新型胶凝材料用活化铜渣,探索熔融还原条件对铜渣活性的影响,结果表明:经还原熔炼-磁选后,铜渣成分发生变化,进而影响了铜渣活性。优化还原条件为T=1350℃,炭粉添加量为铜渣质量的24%,氧化钙添加量为铜渣质量的6%,还原焙烧时间75min。经磁选除铁和碱性激发后,试块抗压强度最大可达8.7MPa;经过熔融还原,渣中铁含量14%~20%,钙含量7%~9%,硅含量15%~16%时铜渣活性最强。 Activated copper slag can be used to prepare new cementitious materials by means of smelting reduction.The effect of smelting reduction conditions on the activity of copper slag was studied in the paper.The results showed that the composition of copper slag changed after reduction smelting and magnetic separation,and then the activity of copper slag was affected.The optimum reduction conditions were T =1 350 ℃,24% carbon powder,6% calcium oxide and 75 min reduction holding time.After removing iron by magnetic separation and alkaline activation, the maximum compressive strength of the test block could reach 8.7 MPa.After smelting reduction,the copper slag had the strongest activity when the iron content was 14%~20%,the calcium content was 7%~9%,and the silicon content was 15%~16%.
