摘要
加强学校健康教育,培养学生的健康意识与公共卫生意识,掌握健康知识和技能,促进学生养成健康的行为和生活方式,是贯彻落实“健康中国”战略的重要组成部分。本研究采用文献分析法和比较分析法对日本中小学目前实施的健康教育进行分析与研究,提出学校健康教育发展的建议:加强健康教育的法制管理;促进健康教育师资队伍建设;规范健康教育内容;拓展健康教育方法。
Strengthening school health education, cultivating students' health awareness and public health awareness, mastering health knowledge and skills, and promoting students to develop healthy behaviors and lifestyles are important components of implementing the strategy of "healthy China". This paper analyzes and studies the current health education in primary and secondary schools in Japan by literature analysis and comparative analysis, and puts forward some Suggestions for the development of health education in schools: strengthening the legal management of health education;To promote the construction of health education teachers;Standardize the content of health education;Expand health education methods.
